We will visit your home at your convenience to discuss your project in detail and take accurate measurements. We will talk you through the whole process involved including insulation, wall & floor finish, electrical installation, plumbing & gas installation, ventilation, bespoke window & door installation, any structural work and building control. Whilst discussing your project we will also work with you to ensure original features and unique character such as old beams, timber cladding and beautiful stonework are restored and shown off to their full potential. We can also renovate barns / outbuildings with new products and discuss these options such as different material cladding, made to measure UPVC windows and doors etc.
We are a full survice provider and carry out all of the works ourselves. If the project requires us to then we use the same trusted sub contractors on every project for the gas and electric work. On completion all building, gas and electric work will be signed off and certificates will be provided to you ensuring all of our work has been completed to the highest standard of building regulations. We project manage the entire process from start-to-finish so you don't have to worry about a thing.
If your barn is within a reasonable distance from mains supplies such as electricity, gas, water and sewers, we can connect your building to these utility services. If the building is not within a reasonable vicinity of mains supplies then we can look at alternative systems. These include air source or ground source heat pumps, solar panels and septic tanks, to name a few.
